I’d like to leave an awesome review for Ibrahim. I voiced my needs and Ibrahim made this process so smooth and efficient. He was quick on the ball with everything. Very knowledgeable on cars and explaining my new cars features and helping me understand how they fit my needs. He answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend him to others he’s a fantastic guy to deal with 10/10 Also LOVE my new car!

Very professional and amazing service. Salim was my financial manager, and from the minute I walked into Janex Auto Sales he accommodated me and provided me with excellent service while finding me my car. I've had some very bad experiences buying cars from dealerships so I was a little on the fence and sceptical walking into Janex. Little did I know I would be driving out with a car that day. Thanks to Salim, I felt comfortable going through the sales process and I was extremely satisfied with his finance recommendations. Salim is very knowledgeable and professional and I will definitely come back to see him when it's time for my next car.

I highly suggest that never deal with janex at all as i have the worst experienced buying a truck from them,worst deal i ever had as they turnover the truck to me at night and 2 weeks delayed,and when finally truck arrive,a big question arise how the he**l this truck passes on safety standard as the front brakes are squeaking loud and 1 missing knut on front wheelloose foglight,unchange oil,wiper blades and so on,i could not imagine buying a truck from a dealer like this,what i expected as im buying a truck from a dealer is:::having properly detailed,oil and lubricatiin check up/filled,safety must posses to the highest standard.now i'? Suffering to the consequences floks for 6.5 years. Update after a month position of the truck. As i complained to the service and giving attention why the trhck is too shaky when reaching 100kph speed,Axle is almost fell while driving in highway,thermostat is broken,airbag pops out light to check,this people never care for your safety at all,all they care is the money they will make🤮
